This is a critical step.

If you are a first time customer, you may be required to confirm your email via a confirmation email titled "[Dr. Tracy] Please confirm your email address.."

You can search "Dr. Tracy Dalgleish" in your promotions or spam tab and be sure to mark me as a safe sender. 

You will receive a few automated emails, one confirming your purchase and another with the next steps. The login credentials you create allow to access via a web browser or the Be Connected App.

To get the most out of your experience, download the Be Connected App today. 

Inside the App you will find the Library with the product you have just purchased as well as any bonuses, more FREE resources in the library, just for using the app and a community of like minded people. A space to share vent, plus a spot where I share bonus material. Think private Facebook group without the Facebook.  the main content of Be Connected, 

Tip: Select Log-In using the credentials that were just emailed to you after the purchase.

 Q. I've missed some emails, what should I do?

A. Don't worry all of your content is available in your members library inside the app or via the desktop portal. 

Q. I can't seem to login, how can I get support?

A. After the purchase you will receive a separate email with your log-in credentials. Use these credentials to "Log-In" to the app or to sign in to the desktop portal. If you are unable to locate or did not receive, please email for support at [email protected].
